Due to the the coronavirus I recently became out of work.. I once had a dream of becoming a real estate agent but my background will not let me do so in Texas. so I'm starting to learn everything I can about investing everything from tax deed sales, foreclosures, there just ain't too many people that I know in my area that does real estate investing and that I can learn from.. im very motivated and all my time either goes to reading or watching videos on real estate..

I just invested in a tax deed here in texas it was a beautiful lot right on lake sam rayburn. i have it on the market for sale the only problem is you have to have two lots to build on.. i found the person that owns the lot to the right of me and there willing to possibly sale there lot the only problem is i dont have the money or the credit  to purchase it. With the two lots together they could be sold for 50-75k.. im doing research all day everyday to learn more and more about real estate investing.. so much that im nearly on the verge of divorce. Im hoping to find an investor to help me buy the lot next to mine so i can move up from doing tax deeds.. if not i have my next lot picked out and will continue to invest in them while i fix my credit and learn more on investing.. i have always wanted to be successful in life but drugs and bad choices have kept me from it.. now im proud to say there is nothing that will stand in my way of realizing my dreams
