Post: Wholesaler Websites. Do they work?

I am starting mailings in January. My question is how important is it to have a website? How many good leads do you get from the website? Do you use Pay-Per-Clicks?

I know a website will provide a reference for the mailings which is necessary, but I am wondering how much money to pour into it with design and SEO for actually getting good leads.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

Neil

Hello BP!

I am new to this site and Real Estate Investing in general. I have always wanted to do this so I am going to give it a go.

I am going to start a direct mail campaign in January, targeting 2500 homes a month with yellow letters. Hopefully this will turn up some some good leads on houses.

Should I do more than 2500 a month to get enough leads?

I have 500k in cash to use. I am looking for houses in the 200-250k range.

My question is, if you were in my position with the cash. Would you use the cash for one house to rehab and sell at a time OR would you do multiple homes with hard money loans?

Thanks for any advice offered.

Darlene
