We're a 3 bed/3 bath 1750sqft split level in the Muirfield Community. We need a full rehab in order to match our comps. The house is in overall good shape aside from the bathroom and part of the downstairs that was affected by a leak in the master bathroom. Just need sheetrock and finish out the bathroom downstairs. The rest of the rehab is pretty straightforward.

Comps:

1194 Dustin court- 4/2.5 1156sqft ( smaller than us) Sold for 325k

1391 Muirfield Dr- 5/3.5 1789sqft SOLD for 330k

5235 Long Green Lane- 4/2.5 1804sqft SOLD for 323k

5280 Bridgewater- 3/2.5 1838sqft SOLD for 329k

As you can see comps are selling between 325k-330k.
