Does anybody know any other ways of getting divorce leads besides talking to divorce attorney's? I've gave my pitch to one divorce attorney and he never even responded. However I'm just thinking there has to be some other way of finding out about divorce. That way I can contact the separated couple and discuss possibly purchasing their house.

Does any one know where I can get  Absentee owner , Code enforcement, Tax delinquents, Probate list? I'm looking for Charlotte and surrounding areas. If anybody know where I can get these list I could definitely use it.

Where do I find landlords or rental property owners around the Charlotte area? I'm trying to find people that want to sell their property and I'm looking at a different number of ways to obtain this goal.
