I have been driving for dollars and found a couple vacant/abandoned properties.

1. What would be the best way to reach the owners?

I feel like calling the owners out of nowhere asking to buy there property won’t work because I sound young (I am young), and unprofessional.

2. How do I find the owners current address?

And online the owners mailing address is the address of the property. Sending direct mail wouldn’t be the best idea.

3. When I talk to the owners what exactly should I say?

What I mean by that is should I just say “would you like to sell your property”

I’ve found vacant properties but sometimes when I look them up nothing shows up about the properties. How do I find the owner of the property? And what exactly should I tell them?
