I seen a vacant property and started looking online for information. When I looked for comps on listing pages the estimated arv is different on all the pages ( $130k-$150k). How do I find the most accurate arv? And does anybody use certain strategies/ rule of thumb when it comes to the numbers and margin?

If I have a wholesale deal under contract, and I have a buyer but he wants to see the property first what should I do?

Technically I don’t own the property yet so I wouldn’t be able to let them view the inside

How does that work?
