Hi all my name is dario and I am looking for a realtor in the orlando market who has both personal real estate investments and has closed a minimum of 10 real estate investments for long term hold investors. I am looking to buy a SFH or multi family home that may need some rehab (ideally less than 10k) My strategy is to hold and rent for a minimum of 5years. I live in Miami but have family in Orlando near the Florida Mall.

As far south as homestead and as far north as west palm.

Sorry autocorrect sucks I have a full-time job that demands at least 50 hours a week so flipping homes just takes way too much of my time plus it’s not a strategy that I believe aligns with my long-term goals. I would like to retire in 25 Years knowing that I would have set up a nice trust for my kids and have very strong cash flow coming in from dozens of rental property

Hi all my name is dario and I wanted to network with investors in the south Florida area and bounce ideas of one another. Hi all my name is dario and I am now reading Brandon turners book on rental income. My wife and I are passionate about investing in real estate. We don’t have experience in it so that’s why we are reading and are on here. However we have had great success in an AirBNB rental in our primary residency which has paid for half of our annual mortgage payments. That has led us into really thinking about establishing a long term investment plan which consist in building a large residential real estate rental income portfolio. We live in Miami Florida and would like to try to invest in Florida, from Orlando south to homestead. If there are any groups in the area I would love to hear about them. Thank you all.
