Yeah, I'm just getting started and definitely don't have the funds to hire someone full time, or even part time for any definite time frame.  Thank you for the post.  I appreciate your help on this matter.😎✌️

In FoCo it wasn't an auction at all.  You get a number and they gave us a list.  The go from the front of the room to the back one chair at a time.  When they get to you raise your number to buy, or say pass and it goes to the next person.  I didn't end up buying anything.  I was just there to see how it worked.

I have an LLC and would like to contract some of my less productive jobs out to a company like upwork. For what they charge I could hire locally to single mothers and other struggling people in my community. I need advice on moving forward. Do I pay cash, do track and give 1099? What info do they need? Upwork would certainly be easier, but I'm committed to making my community better. Any info is much appreciated. Thank you

Hey BP family, Hobby Lobby is opening a new location in my home town very soon. I'm looking to provide corporate housing through the renovations of the old Kmart, about a year. I've contacted their correspondence person who has passed my proposal up to the right person. Is there anyone I can contact to get to the top of the list? Gratitude for any input.

That is a great idea!  I'm obviously to emotionally attached to this one anyway...lol.  I'll get it under contract first and see what happens.

Thanks again!

I've heard and seen a lot of air bnb strategies, but nothing like my latest idea. My end game is to help my community and eventually other communities grow and thrive. That being said, I was considering building a low cost franchise opportunity to people who struggle, like single mom's and the elderly who live on fixed incomes, allowing them to rent an apartment from me and the could rent the rooms out themselves. With the right team I see a win win, but I wanted some feedback. Tell me what you think. You don't have to be nice or on board, sometimes my head gets really high in the clouds.😎✌️

Post: Alarm Systems in Apartments

I'm looking at a 16 door property in a C part of town. As I push through the recovery stage I want to keep the property safe so I've put security cameras into my numbers. But, what about security systems in the apartments. Hypothetically a safer unit attracts a higher level tenant, or I completely crossed into the funny farm? Apartment alarms, Yay or Nay and why? GO!
