That's great David congrats! May I ask what you're average profit is every month after expenses? I've been looking at a company on the East Coast where the net is like $300 a month which doesn't seem like much. Thanks.

@Aaron Gaffney actually I called a realtor while we were there and she said the same thing. The best part of an investment there is we'd get to visit! Thanks for the heads up.
