Hello,

I've reached out to some builders in the OKC area but would like to leverage the Bigger Pockets community for recommendations.

I'm interested in building a Quadplex in Oklahoma City, most existing quadplexes don't quite meet the criteria I'm looking for.

 * I'm building for durability (1st-floor polished concrete, 2nd floor some sort of durable flooring (not wood), each unit painted the same, amenities are not luxury but not cheap.

* Minimal landscaping and plenty of parking, more cement!

* Each unit - 3 beds & 1.5 baths & 2 parking spots, approximately 1750 sq ft

 * Lots are typically infill-lots so utilities should be easily accessible

* Budget approximately 1.25 million including lot.

Attached are some pictures similar to what I'd like to build.

Regards,

Dan

You should check out the Oklahoma City Real Estate Investors Association meetup group.  They meet once a month but it's a great place to make connections.  This past month they had an attorney speak about company structures for your real estate investing.
