Has any one ever dealt with either of these property management companies?  They owe me a lot of money and are avoid all contact with me,  I recently switched to a new property manager but they haven’t paid out what they owed and it’s been a couple months.

What’s the best move?  Lawyer or contacting Georgia real estate commission or both

Looking to sell a property in Atlanta area.  I live in Canada.  Any way to avoid having to physically be in Atlanta for the sale?

@Robert Gilstrap,  no offence taken,  obviously I haven't given all the details. Not paying owner draws on time is nothing new with this company but I have always gotten the funds eventually.  The properties I own are not the most desirable for property managers (location and age) so I have Had trouble finding people that want to manage them, also I have switched management companies in the past who although they paid funds owed were very slow with a problem that occurred and let to a much bigger issue than being 5 months late on the owner draw.

In the end I think selling is probably my best bet and buying a more quality property.

Thanks guys for all the great advice.  An update,  I received 3k of the 9k owed yesterday,  so That made me feel a little better.  I have updated statements that show the owed owner draw, just it barely gets sent.

I will use your advice on finding a new property manager but in the meantime I'm looking at selling one of my properties in college park so will probably keep my current property manager and let there contractor do the Reno work to get it ready to sell which will probably take care of the 6k they owe me and then we should be even for now amd I can look at changing property managers after if the problems haven't been resolved

Hi looking for any advice, my property manager in the Atlanta area hasnt paid my owner draw in 5 months.  They keep answering questions but always excuses when it comes to getting the money owed.  Any thoughts?  Should I report them to the real estate commission?
