Very nice doors! Are you able to install discrete cameras near the entry ways of your properties that will provide a video feed to your mobile phone? I know certain Airbnb folks that do this.

No one has a favorite source or method??

Im curious in BP land - what you have found is your favorite source (or software) to calculate property Comps and why has it earned that title of being your “favorite”?

Hi Anthony, welcome to BP! Yes , the book that Cara suggests is very good. It also comes in an Audio version so you can maximize your drive time. :)
