Does anyone invest in Greenville, NJ? I know it is not the best area.

I just bought a two family right near the Danforth Ave light rail station, and I have considered getting my license for a while to help other investors.

So my question is, is there a need for investor focused agents in Greenville?

I am building a real estate/wholesaling website, and I would like to display before and after pictures to show the type of work that can be done after selling to an investor.

Hi BP,

I am a new wholesaler in northern NJ. I am getting leads from both my website and from direct mailing. Currently I am using Zillow and Trulia to look at comps, but I am finding this increasingly inadequate.

I am looking for a way to gain access to the MLS without registering as an agent. I have heard that agents can share access with an 'assistant account' of some sort.

If this is possible I would be happy to do whatever assistant work is required/happy to pay for this access. Are there any agents in Hudson/Essex/Union counties who would be able to help? Or if you have a referral for someone who may be able to help please let me know?
