Real estate sales people usually have issues with low offers but do not forget it is your money and you can submit whatever offer you want. If they an agent fights it too much, might be best to get a more “investor” friendly agent. my first property I offered over 15% less than offering and got the deal. I have had an agent who did not like putting in my offers, great person but unfortunately cut ties because she was not best for my needs as an investor. I would rather offer less and negotiate to a fair price than pay too much and get stuck there. Agent is suppose to be working on your behalf, if they have an issue with offering an amount- may be best to get get a new agent. Good luck!
