Thanks @Bishoy Girgis yeah we are weighing the pros and cons. If you don't mind me asking what do you charge as a cleaning fee? The property we are looking at is 2,000 sqft

Hey Bigger pockets! I have a few questions to ask about vacation rentals. My brother in-law and I are thinking about jumping in to that market, but we are not sure how the operations work. We don't want to do the work are selves due to the fact that we live a few hours from the rental. Do we get a property management company to take care of it or put it on a site like airbnb then get a cleaning service to  clean it? I guess I'm asking how most people do it?  Also its a lake front property and we will probably rent it out weekly. The lady that owns it now only rents it out for the high demand summer months, do you think if we do the marketing and target fisherman and hunters we could get it rented for the other months at a more discounted rate? Its in mid Michigan so thoise sports are kinda big there.  Let me know what you think and thanks!!

Hi may I get a link to that rental grader?

I bought  a 3 bedroom in Roseville and am getting $1025 for rent. I found a prop management company and they did all the work. I'm looking into buying more in that area.
