About a month back I bought a townhouse - all cash for $52k.  Did some improvements (probably appraises for $65k).

Exploring ways to pull cash out - but I'm running into issues since the loan amount is low.

Any suggestions??

Been hearing about Subject To acquisitions more and more.  Seems like there might be opportunity down the road especially with the amount of people deferring their mortgage due to COVID.  Don't fully understand how it works and was curious if anyone has experience.
