Help - need to pull out cash from a $65k townhouse
Hey BP,
About a month back I bought a townhouse - all cash for $52k. Did some improvements (probably appraises for $65k).
Exploring ways to pull cash out - but I'm running into issues since the loan amount is low.
Any suggestions??
Dan

@Dan Miklosz Wait until month 3 to refi as long as the loan amount is a min $50K on a 70-80% LTV refi.
