Just the general portion of the exam. The practice tests online from Pearson are extremely helpful in preparing for the exam.

Hi All, I learned about a great new loan program today from a local lender. The lender is offering 20% down loans for 2-4 unit non-owner occupied investment properties. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello Lisa, that is an interesting analysis for the Portland duplex. My wife and I have been looking for duplexes and triplexes in the Windham and Westbrook area. Maybe we could catch up sometime and bounce some ideas of each other?
