Hello fellow BPers! My name is Teddy Politis! I have known about this website for some time now and it has came into my reality one too many times now for me to ignore. I am based out of Southern Maine and found myself listening to podcasts multiple times on sites as I paint by trade. The world of trades absolutely fascinates me and am looking to soak in as MUCH information as possible about real estate and renovations, specifically. At the moment, I am focusing on acquiring multifamily units to buy & hold and am on the hunt for my 2nd property.
