Hey @LaVonna Shannon What is your end goal? What's your time frame? Why to both? I think knowing that is extremely important and will give you a better quality answer!

1. Started the day I was 18 and signed a contract.

2. I would have moved to the USA in 2008-2011 and forgot the Australian market. 

No regrets though! Life happens for you though, not to you. I can achieve everything I want still!

Hey everyone!

Quick bit about me: I have been going through the Visa process to move from Melbourne, Australia to the great country of America. After many changes in trajectory the move now is confirmed: I'm relocating to Toledo, Ohio by early 2018 - around February, to chase my Real Estate dream! I will be getting some help from @Engelo Rumora to get started and I am super excited to get there and make things happen!

I introduced myself a while ago on BP but I haven't been as active as I'd like so I thought I'd do a re-introduction as my plans are more solidified now and I will be on the forum A LOT looking to add value, contribute and build quality relationships as I'm basically moving to a country to chase my dream where I barely know anyone so I'm absolutely looking to build relationships and help any way I can on here!

My goal is fix and flip my way to use the profits to buy and hold Multi Family. I'm chasing $100k net passive income in 2-3 years and from there, who knows. 100k is a minimum goal and I'm sure I would keep investing as I love Real Estate & being ambitious but that is my goal, for now!

No plans to invest there but man, do I absolutely see myself residing there in the future! Such an underrated place to live, in my opinion! Great weather, no state income tax/corporate tax, tons to do, limited traffic, great outdoors activity, close to L.A

I was a personal trainer, a baker, labourer and much more lol. Running online business now and a Digital Marketing agency!

Depends how fast you want to reach your goals bud. I personally recommend mentors - I've spent A LOT on them but the information is priceless and I've got that / will make that back tenfold! But there's good and bad ones so make sure you know what you want & why you want it. I'm paying more than triple that but then, he has 50 staff, is leap and bounds ahead of where I am and you don't get a free handout from anyone at that level (I wouldn't expect one anyway!) Food for thought!
