Chris, your post didn't address my "lead development" question, but thanks... 

My family has a trust that owns farmland I want to develop as a "model farm".  That income producing asset will be set aside as a "small farm incubator" to encourage local "wannabe" farmers to learn how to profitably farm and teach others to do the same.  They will rent small plots we will help to develop similar to the "schraebergartens" surrounding cities or set up along railway tracks.  Then, I want to show them how to invest in properties they can use to "scale up" their own farming operation... Of course, I'll help them get into tracts I own that are suitable for their own entrepreneurial agriculture "project".

If I read you right, I can "target" land to buy that I could then sell TDRs to get additional money to acquire more properties, and "hold out" portions of acquired tracts for my own use?

A few months ago, when I first signed up with/for "Bigger Pockets", I read a post by someone that provided his "Master List" of leads sources.  Now, I cannot "re-discover" that post.

Can someone who is more proficient navigating this blog, please locate and repost that posting along with an URL, and contact information for the original poster?  ....He is a real "master" and guru of real estate leads production!

I'm one of the newbies here, but from what I've read in the forum and blog, my interest in Farmland and Timberland puts me squarely in the minority... As a conservative contrarian in most matters, I'm very comfortable where I'm positioned....

However, if you are experienced (or even curious) about "fixing and flipping" what can easily be called "ugly farmland or timberland", please respond and let's talk.

How do I navigate from my Dashboard to view these posts and to re-visit my profile to edit it?

Somewhere I indicated a desire to find various members of my team.

I can no longer locate that input screen.  I want to add "Surveyors", "Auctioneers", and "Accountants specializing in farmland and timberland properties."

I'm 71 years old.... that's "old enough" to know I need experienced team members whose assistance will net me far more than what they will charge for helping me obtain my goals with minimal risk of investment loss.

I haven't been able to determine the cost and detailed explanation of subscribing to the "Pro package."

I'm a retired missionary to Germany and Haiti .... In Haiti I assisted entrepreneurs in church congregations to plan bible-based, sustainable (profitable) small business plans; found Kingdom investors who made affordable loans to fund the businesses; and came alongside the entrepreneurs to counsel and encourage them to effectively implement their business plans. 

Many of the businesses were based in agriculture.

I'm currently developing a family property as a Christian retreat, and as a model small farm, which will function as a "small farm incubator."  To partially fund our business plan, I intend to employ a variant of "Fix and Flip".  My desire is to acquire and flip 7-10 "Ugly Farmland" tracts.  The tracts I will consider will range from 5-100 acres.

I would like to talk with possible partners who have actual small-farms experience... My property hasn't been farmed for over 50 years and may be an "Organic Farm" candidate.

I can't "hover" with my Samsung android device, nor do I see underlined words to click on.  Are you guys accessing the blog with laptop or desktop on the main website and via the mobile app?
