I live in ireland as well, first of all I would like to find a taxes advisor or accountant, whatever helps me with taxes question, ireland, italy where i am from etc.

Then I am looking to invest in Ireland as it is so .... expensive to live, i mean to rent..it is better to buy live and rent at the same time.

Hello everyone! 

I'm new to Bigger Pockets and I am looking into my "first" investment property. 

I love the idea of these forums. 

I hope I can find it useful despite I am in Ireland.

As I said I am looking for my first investment property, something like 2/3 bedroom, where I am going to live there as well .
