Hi Jeff.  Obviously I am a bit biased, but if you have any specific questions about Rehab Valuator, I'll be happy to answer them.  Thanks!

Lloyd Winston - why create excel sheets from scratch when Rehab Valuator is totally free for deal analysis? :)

Nice work, Rodney!  Glad Rehab Valuator helped you find the deal!  We're adding more and more deals there every day

Ray - that's a great breakdown!  But just to clarify, Rehab Valuator as of 18 months ago is completely cloud-based and accessible on any device.  There is still a Lite (free) version that you can access on the homepage.  It's about 3 times better than our old Excel version and we have a long list of additional improvements in the pipeline.

@Wendy Hoechstetter - Rehab Valuator does exactly what you describe.   It helps you analyze deals quickly and put together professional packages for buyers as well as lenders.  We are building out additional project management features that will help you actually track and manage your projects.  For now the software lets you put together detailed rehab budgets and scope of work sheets.  Let me know if you have other questions. I'm happy to answer them!

I presume since the cloud costs to store and use, this is being passed onto the consumer. Any idea yet of the monthly fee?

Correct. The cloud-based version will be fully hosted, maintained, backed up and supported by us on a monthly basis and was built at a very significant cost.  The only way for us to provide proper ongoing support to the clients is to charge a monthly fee.  We haven't finalized pricing just yet but it's going to be very reasonable.  I've always charged WAY less than I should for our software, and that will probably continue :)

Hi Daria.  Great question.  We will continue supporting all of our clients who have purchased the Excel-based software.  With one caveat:  we are not going to continue keeping up with new versions of Excel. That's not to say our software won't work on Excel 2016 or beyond - we just can't guarantee it.  As long as you stay with your current version of Excel, we'll support it for as long as we're in business (hopefully a very long time).

We are also going to give a big credit to the old clients if they want to move to the cloud-version (a multiple of what they paid)

Hi Phillip.  Those are just some old case studies that have been up on our website for a while.  I'm getting ready to record a lot of new content from the deals I've done this past year and that will be up on the site as well.

The software is very current but it's only $97 for a few more weeks.  We are rolling out a totally cloud-based version that will have a monthly subscription price with it and lots of new bells and whistles.

When it comes to marketing your deals and creating materials to raise money for your deals, there's really nothing like it (though a few companies I can think of have been copying us lately)

Let me know if you have any questions and I'll be happy to answer them!

Debra and Michael - if my support team hasn't helped you resolve your issues please reach out to [email protected] asap and we'll get you taken care of.  As with any downloadable software, there are sometimes compatibility issues but we are able to get those fixed for our clients 99.7% of the time pretty easily.  Thanks!
