Hi everyone! I am a newer real estate investor and am looking to get involved in wholesaling. I know there are many strategies to acquiring off market deals. I am looking into doing many of them over time, but want to start small. I’ve heard of some real estate lead generation services who will do all the cold calling and provide lead flow on a month to month basis. Has anyone used any of these services and if so are there any you have had success with that you would recommend?

Hey everyone! I am looking for one or two good General Contractor recommendations for Jacksonville, FL. I am looking for a flip right now and when I find the right one I would love to be able to jump on it! Any local recommendations would be amazing!
