Anyone can fake a tax return.

Go to where she lives. Look at the place. See where she sleeps. How she keeps her room, is how she will keep your property.

Go to her job with her and verify she has a job there. Even if this woman is a hooker or does other things, you need to verify there will be money coming next month.

I really cant see how it would affect me if my Tennant did not file taxes.

I have lived in Rockford the greater part of my life, and the family has been here since 1855. ( HA, and I am the last one in the bloodline!)

My plans going forward are to be focused in the neighborhoods I know, for single home rentals, and I will be looking to buy a multi-family complex of up to 20 homes within the year of 2020. As I gain more education and build my business, I will be able to do more outside of my local area.

And yes, Janesville, is an area I like to travel through, so I do have some ideas about crossing the great border into Cheeseland! Soon!

Have to get more education, plan to work it by the numbers, and get my feet wet. Then all gloves are off!

You are so correct about Rockford and rentals.

I was raised on the poor West Side. I am very aware of the area.

That is an advantage.

Yeah, but dub-step follows the Tennant.

I can walk into a smoker house years after the smoker died, and still smell it!

It gets into everything, requiring kilz under new paint at times. Air filter machines work as good as having a smoker hide his cigarette behind his back or hang his cigarette and arm outside the car. But then, a smoker would not care at all.

Educating myself for the rest of 2018, and scheduled to begin my new life mid January.

If the numbers work, do the deal.

Area police will have data on past problems with the dog house, the area, and general troubles.

If there is a code enforcement ability, a complaint does wonders.

No need to get personally involved. Actually, if you buy the property, you dont need to let it out that you are raising the questions.
