Hello all. Was wondering what apps do agents typically use to track business expenses?

I’ve used Everlance and Keeper Tax in the past, just wanted to know if there are any other recommendations

TIA

@Shera Ewing

Driving for dollars pretty much just looking for distressed properties that look like they’re lacking attention from the owner. You can use apps like DealMachine which usually have some of the owners info or you can just write the address down and skip trace later.

@Daks B.

What you’d want to do if find agents who are also investors and team up with them. Or search up multi family properties and the brokerages/agents you see pop up multiple times, you’d want to get in contact with them.

Hello all.

I am currently looking for an investor-oriented brokerage or team to work with. As an aspiring investor myself, I’d like to pick the brain at how my clients approach their investments to familiarize myself when I go down that road.

For the short time I had my license active, I was working with homebuyers and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Would like to transfer over to solely working with investors.

Hello all.

I am a 21 year-old aspiring RE agent looking for an investor-oriented brokerage. I got my license may 2020 and shortly after took some time off to work on some other endeavors but now I’m ready to attack head on.

Is there a method of approach I should go about looking for one of these types of brokerages? Any advice helps.

TIA
