@Michael Bracewell run the numbers, with $4k a month revenue and a list price of $535k you’re likely to only cash flow ~$120/unit ? Just an estimation didn’t run it myself. Personally for that amount of money you’ll spend I’d sim for at least $250+ per unit cash flow

I recently went under contract for a 5 unit commercial multi family property (5, 1/1's) in St. Pete. Looking for some contractors to come by and give us a quote. It's our knowledge that the bulk of the work needed is mainly to update each unit with new appliances possibly flooring. Please any referrals send my way.  

Also if there are any commercial inspection companies you would recommend please let me know.
