Seeking General Contractor for 5-unit MF property St. Pete.
I recently went under contract for a 5 unit commercial multi family property (5, 1/1's) in St. Pete. Looking for some contractors to come by and give us a quote. It's our knowledge that the bulk of the work needed is mainly to update each unit with new appliances possibly flooring. Please any referrals send my way.
Also if there are any commercial inspection companies you would recommend please let me know.
