Hello!

I am new to DSCR loans and wondering if there are any companies that offer a DSCR loan for large apartment buildings? The few I have found so far only do smaller multifamily properties. I'm looking to get a loan for larger properties- 20 units and above. If a DSCR is not an option, also open to other creative financing ideas!

anyone know of private lenders that will do a heloc? i have 30 years in my trade but started my own company 1 year ago and the traditional banks want to see 2 years of self employment. PLEASE HELP
