Quote from @Sean Grabow:

Thanks @Alex Deacon and @Josh Caldwell.

Josh - thanks and noted, but these are going to be bulk lists. Is that what people do w bulk lists? Look up each LLCs ultimate owner individually in the publicly filed information? Was hoping there was another bulk-friendly/time efficient way.

Thanks again guys, appreciate the generosity.

Did you find a good option?

My partner and I are looking for a agent to be part of our wholesale team. What is the likelihood of finding someone? We are systemizing and partnering to grow this business. Any good suggestions for us while looking for the best fit for a position we are not "qualified for"?

Thanks in advance!

@Brock Mogensen

How does a new face/name become memorable over all those old friends? I understand the make them like you thing but seems like there is more than that.

Also. My original question was how to find them to begin with. Loopnet is empty in my market.

@Adam Lacey Ill be honest. I am working with a investor/mentor. The plan we set was to start with the broker to find the rest of the team thru referrals. I am struggling to do this because there is only 1 deal on-market in my market. And he is in another state. I know this is usual business. But he hasn't answered. I will continue to call and call other numbers at the brokerage as well. Any more suggestions? Any way to search the off market? (mls or something)

Hello all. My question is how do I find the best brokers for a certain market? I understand that Brokers mostly work several markets. How do I find the most prevalent ones in my chosen markets.

Also, I have called many brokers but I keep being sent to voice mail with no call back or no answer at all (pick up-hang up)

Soo... Wife and i bought a lot outside of Sand Springs Oklahoma city limits. We were intending to thru a mobile home or 2 on it and rent them out. The problem is we have lost the wiggle room in the budget. I am thinking about putting 2 rv spots and looking for long term lot rent.

My concern is with county code. Does anyone know by experience if Tulsa county code enforcement will be a problem? Any and all insight would be very appreciated.
