I’m a new BP member and am looking to start investing out-of-state. I have about 100K saved up and ready to go. I live in Southern California where that might stretch to 1 or 2 properties. I’m serious about pursuing this and have done my reading prior too. Does anybody have any recommendations of areas or realtors that are investor friendly and willing to help? Thank you! This is my first post and I’m just starting to gain insight into the vast real estate world. Any recommendations for books to read or sources of information? I want to make sure I have a good foundation prior to beginning! I don’t really have an exact avenue I want to pursue yet so I’m open to any ideas!
