Absolutely amazing! It's great to see a success story of someone my age!

Welcome! I'm a new investor in your area. It sounds like your heart and mind are in the right place. Good luck out there!

Wow, that's already new information! I had no idea there was a forms and Docs repository. Super useful, thank you!

Hello all!
My name is Daniel, I'm 26 and I am 100% new to the world of real estate. Passive income is something I've always wanted to work towards (even from a younger age) and I have always known that rental properties was the way to go. I am currently a Telecom Analyst, so I make decent money, but I've always dreamed of something better. I'm also a Marine Corps veteran.

My parents recently bought into one of those REI programs, and while they offer some great resources, I figured there had to be a more cost effective way to get that information. That's what led me here! My good friend google.
I plan to make the most of this site while networking and building towards my first investment. I'm looking to start with a multiplex and work my way on from there. From what I can tell so far, I don't want to rehab or wholesale. I may also pursue a real estate license (time permitting).
Please ask anything you're curious about, or offer any advice for a complete newcomer. My time not at work is entirely spent in research right now so I'm open to hear everything.
