Good Afternoon- I have a house that needs to be completely re-wired and ductwork replaced. Does anyone have any recommendations of a licensed contractor that charges reasonable rates that can pull permits to complete this work? House is down to the studs inside ready for them to go.

I am going to be flipping about 3-4 houses annually and looking to acquire 1 rental property annually as well. I am trying to determine if forming an 1120 C-Corp or 1120s S-Corp will provide the best benefits? I am also looking to obtain bank financing on the rental properties which will be held under the business name and not under my name personally if that influences any opinions.

I heard back from PenFed and they loan up to 75% of value on an investment property refinance.

I just sent an email to PenFed earlier this morning. I will post back what I hear from them.

I have a rental property that I want to refinance. Are there any lenders anyone is aware of that would loan up to 90% of appraised value?

Thank you both Tom and Jered! I can tell by old pictures on the county assessor page that they have been sitting there for at least 5 years. I will try putting them on craigslist first and see how that goes! Thanks for the ideas!

I think I will also call 1-800-Got-Junk just to see if this is something they could do and what they would charge for future reference as well.

I just purchased a foreclosed property in Des Moines, Iowa that has an abandoned car and boat on the property and wondering what I can do to have these removed? I don't have title so many places I have reached out to won't take them without title.
