Post: BRRRR in Spain. What's your experience?

I live in Valencia and I'm dealing with a great opportunity to BRRRR a network of apartments.
I have quite a bit of liquidity to invest. However, I've never done any BRRRR in the country, and I'm planning to talk to a few local banks about it to see if they're open.
Has any of you guys run a BRRRR project here? It seems to be quite "the norm" in the US, however in Europe banks tend to think a bit more traditionally (but I could be dead wrong).
Would love to hear your experience!

Hey Will. Mainly the fact that I'm based in Europe, and mentally it feels that I'm investing "at home". I know, it is a psychological constraint, mainly. Funny enough, my current rental is based outside of EU and it works great.
I was interested in investing in the US at some point, your deals look much more appealing than here in Europe. But I missed finding a guide to get to that market.
Open to connect if you believe you could help.

Looking predominantly for investment-focused real estate agents who understand passive income and the importance of yields.
I'm an investor looking to gradually build a portfolio of 10-15 low-cost properties in Europe. The countries I prefer are Spain, Italy, Portugal, France but I'm open to all of Europe, really.
I would prefer Spain or Italy, as it is easier for me to get finance in these countries. However, I would consider other countries and explore their financing options.
The plan is to acquire €40-60k properties to slightly refurbish and rent out (either long-term or Airbnb, if allowed), to produce passive income.
I have a pool of potential investors around me who will be joining as soon as we prove that a few deals are working. So I'm looking for an agent to build a long-lasting relationship with, not a hit-and-run type.
Looking forward to getting some intro!
P.s. I'm entirely new to the field as I run a successful Airbnb rental (I'm a Superhost).

I'm selling my family's boutique Tuscany residence / small hotel, it's an agriturismo in Maremma with 40ha of land, wine and olive oil produce, close to Montalcino.
I'm looking for a real estate broker who deals with properties in Italy and I was wondering if any of you guys had any suggestions?
I have googled some, but it feels a bit intimidating rining an agency I wasn't referred to.
Thanks in advance

I've never invested in the US as I live in Europe, and I'm not an American.
But I came across some deals that seem great "on paper".
I'm considering getting a condo in Paradise (Vegas) for 66k and find an Airbnb property manager. Occupancy rate seems to be 74% and avg. revenue pretty high.
It seems too good to be true - perhaps it is?
Would love to pick your brain.
Thanks

@Walter Aaron Poling thanks Aaron, in the end I didn’t have to go that route as I found an agent who had what I was looking for.
