I have been skip tracing my leads i found via driving 4 dollars, only thing is I have been using beenverified to skiptrace and some of  the numbers have been inaccurate. Its very frustrating trying to look up these sellers  and I don't to throw in the towel just yet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.?

@Cornelius Garland I got the numbers from Intelius, and so far its been like 30 abandoned properties, and I was only able to get in contact with one person. The numbers could be outdated. 

So what do you do in a situation after you skip traced abandoned properties only to find out that a good majority of the numbers are disconnected?

I'm approaching as an investor. Thanks for the response.
