@Carson Leonard Wow, this was amazing! 17…22…whatever! Everything you shared I respect you for it, I wish I had that mentality at that age as I’m sure would would’ve too. For someone who is 27, with just one house hack, and looking to getting started in wholesaling this year…this was inspiring! Thanks for sharing and best of luck!

@Nicolas Bajner Welcome! I was on the same boat a few months ago. Began my research/learning phase all last year and then closed on a house hack this past march in Carpentersville. @Angela Lojko Welcome! I started my journey last year and really took a deep dive on educating myself. Bigger Pocket's books and podcasts are a great start. A great local one to the Chicago area is the Straight Up Chicago Investor Podcast. Then just start reaching out and try your best to connect with others, this was the biggest step for my fiance and I. Once we met with other investors and connected with an agent, we closed on a house hack this past March in the NW Suburbs :)......Good Luck!

Would you recommend the same approach out in the suburbs? Does it differ based on county?....Had a tough time finding info on Kane County.
