Hey Ronald,

I have a few of them that I would like for an attorney to look at and make sure they are Texas friendly contracts.

They are your typical real estate contracts such as option to purchase agreement, purchase and sale agreement etc

I am also looking for an attorney that can guide me in structuring my LLC's correctly.

I want to make sure I am legally compliant and have things organized.

Likewise with Scott McKnight.  Milt Colegrave is a good Real Estate consulting attorney...if you need legal advice on structuring things.  And his partner Gregory Meyer is a good litigation attorney if you need legal representation in a case. Anyway, I hope some of this helps but let us know what area and that might help us narrow it down some.  Thanks!

 Thanks again, Andrew.

Well, I am in the Dallas area.

I am looking for 2 things. For the attorney to look over some contracts for me. Make sure they are Texas friendly contracts.

As well as, some consultation about how to structure my LLC's.

Thanks, Jerel.

I will be attending all the events that will be happening in the DFW area.

Kyle,

Just like your standard contracts such as purchase and sale agreement etc.

I also would like to ask him about structuring my LLC.

Do you have anyone in mind?

Good evening BP members,

For those that have done many BRRRR deals. When it comes down to the refinancing part. Do you guys find a lender that can refinance the property under your LLC? Or do you refinance the home under your name and then move the property to your LLC?

Thanks in advance

In your perspective, what makes a great wholesaler?

@Jonathan Greene

Jonathan, besides money what other things can owners consider valuable? Can you give an example of when you landed a deal and provided the owner something other than money as a value add?
