Pull a list and text it, Land for new builds will be hit the hardest in the next year.

we purchase land in the outskirts of cities and just sell. We don't do anything to the land usually. We do 6 figure deals frequently.

Don't hold, just buy under value and sell at full price.

we buy it and sell it, we don't hold it. We got some recently with some cows, but it doesn't make much sense for us to hold onto at the moment.

holding for a higher ROI takes too long and it is never certain. Land can sit on the market for years.

Buy low and sell high. That is our land model, made $80k on 1 lot last week. New lot this week, looking to make $200k on it.
