Just wanted to connect with likeminded investors that are into hotels, casinos, multi family, etc. 

What have been the pros and cons of commercial investing? Do you find it to be a greater reward than SFH?

@Robert Musallam Yes but don't you have to market them to the land buyers? Once you have a deal you still have to call around or know where the buyers are right?
