 I bought this first property back in 2018... having it be pre-covid helped a lot!

Hey guys! Happy New Year. I am a new investor and I currently have three investment properties in Utah. Like many other housing markets, Utah has sky rocketed and I want to invest out of state where it is more affordable. This will be my first out of state investment and I am looking at Tampa or Orlando area. Does anyone have any insights on either of these areas? Which neighborhoods are good to invest in/where I can easily rent out the house long term? I am looking to buy a 3 bed 2 bath.
