  That was my situation as well. I was all over the place without a well defined plan, but I learnt a lot. It seems to me that you are getting closer than you think. I advice you to concentrate in one area, neighborhood, subdivision  with all you have. It worked for me. I closed my first deal once  I did just that. Do not give up, there is a deal waiting to be found my friend. Best of luck !

  Hello,

I have a great rental opportunity in Carrollton Texas. 187/10/242. Great rental market . Must close on 01/29/2017 lease back until 02/28. 

In need of a month to month security system for SFR investment properties in Dallas Texas. Please advice !
