Hi my name is Daniel. I have set a personal goal to start investing in rentals (2020). I have been talking to some people in my community about it and one person in particular offered to give me some financial assistance if I drew up a plan on how I will invest. I am new and have been learning on the BP website and doing my research reading about investing in rentals. I was thinking of using the four square method but I’m not sure if that would be a good enough plan. I am just looking for advice from people with enough experience in this field. Your help is highly appreciated.

Thanks

Thank you George I will keep on learning. Thank you for the encouragement Sir.

Thanks Ryan. Will watch the video in the link.

My name is Daniel, I am from Canada and live in Edmonton, I am interested in becoming a real estate agent and investor currently educating myself on the whole field and reading the Beginners guide. I talked to some friends and they told me that the Bigger pockets website and forum is only helpful if I live in  the states I dont know how true this is. Any advice would be appreciated. Please and thank you.
