Hey BP! Looking to check out some rental investments in the St. Louis area. What are some good B-Class areas to look at? Any certain zip codes? I have two rentals so far, one in Alabama and one in Tennessee. Also is someone knows a good property management group, i'd love to hear about it. Thanks!

@Jason Cory Class B area. The single family homes i have are class B and they work well. I assume multi family will be close to the same.

Can anyone help get me started on the Huntsville Market. I have one rental in Birmingham but wanted to expand my search to Huntsville. Looking for B class properties, SFR or Multi. Can anyone suggest some zip codes or areas to start searching? Or some areas to definitely avoid? Thanks for your help in advance!

Anyone familiar with good zip codes to look at in the Mt. Juliet area? I'm looking for B/C class property and multifamily in particular. I've purchased a rental in the Birminham market and i'm happy with it. Was looking to get closer to home. Thanks BP!

I'm starting to research the Kansas City area for SFRs and Multi-family. I'm looking for a B class neighborhoods. Can anyone point me to the right zip codes to start researching? From what i've heard, I need to stay on the Missouri side and not the Kansas side.
