Did either of you get a list for this?  I am looking as well.  I am looking for GCs that can do SF and MF, can do a new building on raw land, full rehabs of beat down properties, and touch-ups (I like the lipstick metaphor), and require little supervision.  Perhaps also different contractors for different aspects of the property?

Also, I am a young investor in Sugar Land with a condo that I am living in as my primary resident but about to turn into a rental.
