Hi Nicholas so I have bought two homes sold one do to not knowing much about realty. Now I'm interested in starting my journey into buying a rental property. My brother lives in Kennewick so my plan is a duplex or 4 plex in 99336 zip code. So I don't have much cash on hand. I wanted to use my a VA loan but since I won't be living in it I can't. So I'm looking for maybe investors or different financing options to help me aquire the loan. Also one unit would be already claimed since me and my brother are getting into this equally. So my price range i would be interested in would be 400- 500k. Any advice thoughts or maybe you have one you would like to not manage or maybe gain partnership so you don't have to deal with so much.
