Looking for a team

Daniel Hirst
Posted

Hello my name is Daniel and I am beginning my journey of real estate investing I live in St. Augustine FL. My brother lives in Kennewick Washington and that is where I want to buy a duplex or multifamily home. Which my brother would be the eyes on and can be the handyman. So looking for investors or I'll get the loan.

@Daniel Hirst thank you for posting! You could take this down with 5% down as a non occupying coborrower and have your brother as the priamry borrower and owener occupant on the loan. We do this a lot for clients/investors. I would be glad to connect on a call and talk through this with you if you'd like? Just let me know!
