I am an overseas investor, looking for a good city to invest in rental properties.

I want to start with a small investment (50K+-) and I heard about Dayton, Ohio and Detroit, Michigan.

I will really appreciate opinion about both places. ALSO OPEN TO HEAR OTHER OPTIONS!!
