Hey thanks for the bank recommendations on my last post. Now Im looking for contractor recommendations for my Rental property. 

Does anyone know of any in the Seattle Area that you had good experience with?

I am currently in the process of selling one of my investment properties. But since Coronavirus news  Im not to sure what to do now.

My Tenant is already moved out.

The plan was to sell it and invest some of the cash into another property but now considering renting it out again and waiting to see how the economy plays out.

My contractor is waiting for an answer from me to either do "Rental standard" construction or Flipping. 

Any suggestions?

hey there  im a long time listener to bigger pockets. and im about manage my first rental property. my family and I are upgradeing to a new home in Bothel washington.. and planning to Rent my property in West seattle. i haved a few question:

1. how would i calculate what i should charge for rent

2. does anyone who lives near my area know of  a service that can make my house look rentable. patch holes from picture frames and clean carpet?
