Hey guys, I'm a new investor in the Portland, OR area. I'm looking to do long term buy and holds, as well as perhaps looking at mobile home parks. I have a business partner who recently asked what I thought about a tiny home park. I don't know anything about tiny homes, but they are popular here in the Portland area. My question is this: is it a good investment and in your opinion, does it have longevity or is it simply a fad that will fade? Any info/advice would be appreciated!

Newbie here, my partner and I are needing a little direction on mailers. How do you obtain the mass amounts of addresses needed and do you simply drop them off at the post office? Any tips and tricks in regards to mailers would be appreciated. Thanks!
