I wish you all the best from the bottom of my heart, I am new to this game and can't wait till I reach that point. I know Florida is an excellent place to start as the laws are always for the owners should you obtain a tenant that withholds rent. Florida is on the owners side. I live in NYC and am looking to do my first flip in Florida or Arizona but I like Florida best as I can get back to New York more easy. Good luck and I wish you all the best please keep us posted.
